--Saturday was the last day of the term of the Magistrates' Court. A case against Benjamin Degrool, charged with exhibiting faro, was continued till the next term. In the case of Mary Vanderlip, sent to the city jail for perjury, she having served out her twelve months, her fine was remitted and she was discharged.

Judge Lyons's Court meets this morning, when his civil docket will be called.
