Liars Suit

--Damages One Cent — Judge Carter, of Cincinnati, sued the Commercial Newspaper of that city for libel, in stating that he was not a person to occupy a seat on the Barch, etc. and that he had received $1,000 to a nomination given by the Democratic party. The care was decided in Cincinnati on Saturday last, the July finding a verdict in favor of the Judge and awarding him damages to the amount of several.
