Stealing a horse.

--Tillman, a negro man belonging to Dr. Charles S. Mills, was yesterday examined by the Mayor on the charge of stealing a horse from Mr. Thomas Bosher, of Manchester. The testimony of several witnesses proved that the horse found in the possession of Tillman belonged to Bosher, and that he was stolen from him about the 29th of July. When found on Monday last horse was attached to a furniture wagon licensed in the name of William Bennell, which was driven by the accused. The offence having been committed in Manchester, the Mayor committed the case to the Justices of that county.
