Interfering with the militia.

--During the parade of the militia on the Capitol Square yesterday afternoon, a white man named Chas. Eckerbush made an assault upon Capt. John T. Rogers, and otherwise interfered with his company in their manœuvres. His conduct evidently indicated an unbalanced mind. He was arrested and lodged in the upper station house.
