Security Increased.

--The Justices of the Hustings Court on yesterday entered an order decreasing the amount of the bond given by Henry K. Ellyson, Sheriff of the city of Richmond, from $300,000 to $650,000. The first named amount was the penalty of the bond formerly exacted from the Sheriff.
