Fire.

--The first alarm of fine yesterday, between 3 and 4 o'clock, was caused by the burning of a small wooden tenement in the western part of the city. The second, later in the day, was occasioned by the burning of a chimney near the Confederate Armory on the canal. The firemen turned out promptly.
