Reversing.
--The Columbus (Ga.) Times, of Tuesday last, says:‘ Cotton and tobacco took quite a tumble yesterday from their lofty eminence. The former could scarcely attract a buyer at 25 cents, while of the letter, if you said tobacco to a fellow, ten to one you got a clip between your two eyes. Well we expected a tumble, but not so soon, and we expect a tumble in provisions shortly. There is more to in the land than enemy think for, and if Government could be kept off it would seen come to light.
