--or get friends to read for them — the personal cards in to day's Dispatch, as many parents and friends have arrived in the city from distant parts in search of them, and in many cases without success. Let surgeons and nurses, of all the hospitals, public and private, keep correct lists of their inmates for the inspection of each anxious and inquiring strangers.
