Arrests.

--The civil police yesterday put the following parties in the cage: James May, stealing a let of wearing apparel from Mike Tearnsy.--John McAnally, stealing a pocketbook worth $5, pair of silver spectacles worth $2.50, and $22.40, from Jas. Wilson.--Robert, slave of Francis Orfutt, for having in his possession a demijohn of whiskey, supposed to have been stolen.--John Craney, for robbing Edwld Corke of $25, and Robert Stewart and Franklin Quin, for stealing $500 in Confederate Treasury notes from Mrs. Ann Dobson. The parties will all be brought before the Head of Pelice this morning.
