Pistol Shooting.
--On Monday night, as Thomas Ogle and Samuel L. Stevens were passing the African Church on their way home from the theatre, they got into a quarrel, which brought on a fight, and Ogle discharged a pistol at Stevens, the ball grazing his temple and making a slight wound. They afterwards went on past the Central depot, where Stevens told watchman Creamer of the affair, and Ogle was at once taken into custody. An investigation took place yesterday before the Mayor, and several witnesses testified to the facts above stated. Ogle was remanded to be examined before the Hustings Court in January next, for felony.
