We, the undersigned, Directors the Bank of Pittsylvania, hereby certify that we have examined the foregoing statement and found the same to be correct:

State of Virginia, County of Pittsylvania, Ss:

This day L. B. Conway, cashier of the Bank of Pittsylvania, personally appeared before me, a Notary Public for the county aforesaid, and made oath that the foregoing statement exhibits the true condition of the Bank of Pittsylvania, as it existed on the first day of July last, to the best of his knowledge and belief.
