Rosette Guarded by a Poignard.
--Some excitement was created in Baltimore, on Saturday afternoon, the 27th ult., by the appearance of a well-dressed lady, wearing a Secession rosette, with the handle of a pearl mounted Poignard peeping from beneath her vestment. Soldiers have lately snatched rebel emblems from the breasts of rebel ladies as they walked the streets, and this lady seemed prepared and determined to defend herself.
