Almost a Duel.

Wytheville, Va., July 22.

--A serious difficulty took place here yesterday, between Maj. Dunn and Capt. R. C. Banks, which resulted in a challenge from the latter to the former. Capt. Banks was arrested, tried by Court Martial, and acquitted.
