Attention militia.

--We call attention to the very full and explicit orders of Col. Evans in this morning's issue. Let all those upon whom he calls do as he requires and it will save much time and trouble to the men working on railroads, Government work, &c.

We take occasion to say also that the militia is not disbanded. The organization will be kept up, and those not exempted will not only be required to attend their regular weekly musters, but are still liable, under the Governor's proclamation, to be called into camp, unless the city and county, which have been thrown together in the count, shall very soon furnish their quota of volunteers. So far as can be ascertained, about six hundred volunteers will yet have to be furnished from Henrico and Richmond to relieve the militia from the call of the Governor.
