Rev. Dr. Vinton, the ablest clergyman of the Episcopal Church in the Diocese of New York, has preached a powerful conservative sermon on the great topics of the day. If such views as those of Dr. Vinton and Dr. Van Dych could control the public opinion of the North, our present national troubles would soon be at an end.
