Custody of the Burch children.

--It was announced a few days ago that the question of the custody and care of the children of Mr.Burch and Mrs. Burch had been brought before the Court by a writ of habeas corpus. A dispatch received in Albany, on Friday evening, states that the care of the youngest child has been awarded by order of the Court to Mrs. Burch.
