The Telegraph in the East.

--The English Government is about to complete the telegraphic communication between Europe and the East by the construction of two great lines. The first, from Mosul, which will soon be connected with Constantinople and the European lines already existing, will pass by Kermanshah, Teheran, Ispahan, Thiraz, Bendor, Abassy, Kedji and Hyderabad, which last point is already in communication with Kurrachee and the next work of Indian telegraphs. The second line will start from Calcutta and pass through Amarapoora, Ava, Rangoon, Martaban and Bangkok to Singapore. The cost of these two lines is estimated at £220,000.
