The secession News in Washington.

Washington, Dec. 20.
--The report that South Carolina had passed an ordinance of secession was brought into the House at 4 o'clk this afternoon. It produced immense excitement, and for a long time interrupted the proceedings.

The Senate to-day confirmed Mr. Stanton U. S. Attorney General, in place of Black.

The "Perilous" Committee has done nothing of importance.
