From Cape Henry Beach.

--The Norfolk Argus published a journal of events transpiring through several days in the neighborhood of Cape Henry Beach. We copy the latest:


Monday, 17th.

--One bark and one brig, coming in from sea, were brought to by several guns from the Monticello, and carried up to Fort Monroe and detained. One large frigate came in from sea and anchored off the barracks all night and went to sea next morning.


Tuesday, 18th.

--A large merchant ship went out of the Capes at 11 A. M. One ship and two brigs anchored off. Willoughby Point Light-Boat. A brig went to sea at midday.

Things around the coast rather ‘"modified"’ since the departure of the hostile ‘"Quaker City."’
