--That part of this noble stream which passes Richmond has been rendered turbulent and muddy by recent rains. Napper's rock, opposite Rocketts, is still visible, and, should the Cumberland or Pawnee pay this city a visit, may be used by Old Abe's followers as the superstructure of a one-horse battery.
