Neat flag.

--We saw, yesterday, at the establishment of Mr. George Ruskell, Main street, an exceedingly neat flag of rich blue silk, which he had manufactured to the order of the ladies of Caroline county, for presentation to the Caroline Grays, a recently formed but spirited and thriving corps of citizen soldiery, who muster under Capt. Robert. O. Peatross, in the vicinity of the Bowling Green. It cost nearly one hundred dollars--has on one side the Virginia coat of arms, and on the other a representation of the company on parade. The fair friends of the company will give the ensign into their keeping in the "merry month of May."
