Burned in Effigy.

--Mr. Betts, of Wilmington, Delaware, the only member of the House of Representatives who voted against the adoption of the Crittenden resolutions, was burned in effigy, on Monday, at Middletown. The train on which he was returning to Dover passing there at the time, affording the gentlemen an opportunity to witness the sight.
