I have been a Zoom Meetings user since 2019. I am noticing that within the last year, I am no longer able to use an annotation screen or virtual background on my Kindle tablet, Asus Chromebook or phone. Do I need a different account for these now? (AKA paid account).
I work as a freelance teacher who has been asked many times to use Zoom to "Record a Demonstration Lesson" by various companies. There has not been a Record feature that I can use in "Meetings" for 2 years. What can I do to fix these issues? Are these now only for "paid" accounts?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Lynne726.
Note the prerequisites in this Zoom Support article on Annotations:
https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067931
Specifically the requirements are for either Zoom desktop client for Windows, macOS, or Linux or Zoom mobile app for Android or iOS. I wouldn't expect Kindle or Chromebook to support it, but possibly the phone, if it meets the latest version requirements.
Recording requirements are noted in this Zoom Support article:
https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0059856
Note that Basic (free) accounts are not able to use Cloud recording, and Local/Computer recording requires Zoom desktop client for Windows, macOS, or Linux, and specifically states Local recording is not supported on iOS, iPad, or Android devices. Nor is it available on Kindle, Chromebook, or browser-based access.
