Prairie Pizzazz / Unboxing / Special Offer For You!

Prairie Pizzazz
New Subscription box service!

Hi there my lovelies.
Happy Friday.. Yaaay finally the weekend! To kick start this weekend I'm so excited to announce to you something I've become part of as of this year. I'm part of the Prairie Pizzazz blogger team, If you're not familiar of Prairie Charms they are an online independent business which sells the most beautiful handmade accessories and goodies with a reflect on today's trends and seasons.
They have taken the plunge and with the team of bloggers ideas and suggestions, have created a new project which is the cutest concept. The Prairie Pizzazz* which comes in its very own pizza box, fancy a slice?!
If you love subscription boxes then this is perfect for you to give a whirl, like other boxes they do have a set theme, but with the pizzazz of course their theme is is known as the 'toppings' the launched box theme was Festival! So expect flowers and sparkles galore.

A delve into the goodies of the launched box!

----------------------------------------------

It's hard to literally pick out my favourites from this box but I do adore the black leather hair bow due to wearing bows most of the time in my hair it's a cute personal touch, and also the very meaningful postcard print by DottieRocks which I'm hoping to frame very soon.

If you seek for a full to the brim of goodies subscription service, then Prairie Pizzazz is for you as you really do get your moneys worth.
The sweet folk over at Prairie Charms are giving my readers a special introductory offer of £25 for the deluxe (Full sized) pizza or £15 for the mini size (slice of pizza)

The deluxe sized box will include all the items from the new theme and the mini sized version will include a sample of products, but these will of course will still be of full size. Both of these prices are including postage too which is a superb bargain.

So if you would like your very own box all you need to do is tweet the guys at Prairie Charms over on Twitter @Prairie_Charms and include in your tweet this hashtag: #UNIQUELOVEPIZZAZZ they will then sort out your order!

Any questions you may have don't hesitate to Tweet/comment myself or of course Prairie charms

Make A Statement With Fervour&Allura ~ Review*

Statement Jewellery from Fervour&Allura
Review and Thoughts

I've been so excited to introduce this company to you all; I had come across them on Twitter and was delighted to be accepted to blog for them. Fervour&Allura produce beautiful statement pieces such as necklaces and even hair accessories that stand out from the rest.
I'm honored to give my thoughts and opinions on the following items and would like to state that these are 100% my own honest opinions and I have not been paid to say them.

----------------------------------------------

Grey Collar Necklace - £14.00

This piece completely caught my eye on their website; The stones are a pale grey with an almost lilac shade to them. I find the necklace quite light wearing and fits well with many outfits due to this cool tone. This necklace also reminds me of the 1950s era because of it's class and charm, to wear with a vintage dress would be perfect!

As you can see the diamond detailing is the perfect touch to this statement necklace, it reflects the light wonderfully making it a trend staple item to any collection.

----------------------------------------------

Peach and blue sapphire detail pendant - £12.00

Since the website had so many beautiful pieces to choose another item it was extremely tricky, but I feel the style and size of this necklace was something I've never seen before. The pendent is upon a deep silver chain, and can be altered to where fits most comfortable. I found the colours of the pendent unusual and unique, that work together very well for both a casual or evening look.
This would be perfect to start any statement necklace collection off, or as a special treat!

------------------

The items came wrapped in delicate tissue paper and a gorgeous sticker logo that added the finishing touch to such a wonderful package. Thank you to Fervour&Allura for this opportunity and for also providing my readers with 15% off your purchase on their site with the code - ELLIEF

Have a wonderful Wednesday lovelies!

Crafted Elegance - Accessories by Lola Joseph - First Look and Review*

Accessories Review
Lola Joseph

This is a perfect way to introduce the August month here on UniqueLoveStyle; Accessories to me are a key essential to any outfit, whether its a handbag or a statement necklace it provides edge but also creativeness. When I came across Lola Joseph on Twitter looking for bloggers to try some of their accessories, I jumped to the opportunity! To be chosen was an honor and a privilege; The customer service was second to none and when it arrived in the post I was blown away with the way everything had been packed. It felt a lot like Christmas!

Within the contents there was a business card along with an informative letter about the company and the products which were sent to review. Lola Joseph is an online business that launched the 12th of May this year (2014) and sells a variety of accessories from as little as 80p. The box was packed and tapped with deco-den tape which was such a lovely touch to it, and then the inside was lined with shredded tissue paper that was lightly scented which complimented the overall un-boxing experience. The brand's concept brings ethnic inspired pieces to the mainstream fashion culture we have today, making each piece unique and carefully selected by their team who travels the world to hunt down the best jewellery trends for affordable prices.

Focusing on the item's packaging the presentation is superb. Instead of receiving the products in a regular plastic packaging, these soft personal drawstring bags held each piece which was a professional touch and ideal for re-use!

------------------------------------------------

Coffee Lace Pearl Bangles

These bangles are by far one of my favourites overall, the idea of having a set which can be worn all together or separated to go with different looks can be very handy. I love how unusual the lace bangle is, it reminds me of a bohemian style that would go very well this summer with a maxi dress or a long skirt. The colours compliment as a set with the coffee and gold and at a price of £4.95 it's a perfect multi-purpose treat for many outfit choices.

------------------------------------------------

Classic Cat Ear Ring & Double Ring With Chains

Within the next drawstring bag I was delighted to see two rings both in a rustic gold metal shade and different to anything I usually wear. That cat ear ring is simply adorable, I've seen these style of rings recently and feel they bring quirkiness and an element of fun to any outfit. The double finger ring is completely edgy; it's designed with ability to move your fingers freely when worn and the fine hanging chains is a chic touch that has had many compliments upon when wearing it! It's been an experiment for myself to wear this type of jewellery because I've felt very limited with having slender fingers; but you will be expecting to see more in my future outfit posts with these beauties!

------------------------------------------------

Feather Earring Cuff

Ear cuffs have been on trend a lot when it comes to jewellery and this one from Lola Joseph is gorgeous. There is a choice to have the cuff in either gold or platinum but I'm actually enjoying this running theme of gold and the texturing of the feather is detailed and beautiful, I do also like the added delicate chain as it adds to the unique effect when worn. For the price of just £1.95 It is perfect to include to a growing collection!

------------------------------------------------

Blue Polka Dot Handbag

I couldn't contain my excitement when I opened the final larger drawstring bag to look within and see... a cute polka dot shoulder bag with a clasp! I was shocked how much you can place in the bag, it's spacious with pockets and zipped compartments which are easy to open and close including the magnetic clasp which keeps the bag to. This bag can also be selected in a red shade too which reminds me very much of a ladybird print! The material of the bag is weather resistant which can be idealistic when unexpected showers arise. I've had many ask me already about this bag when I've been out and about I've worn it with many outfits and to many places which shows how versatile it is.

----------------------------------------------------

Overall I'm highly impressed with the quality and selection from Lola Joseph and I hope that this look into some of their wears intrigues you too! Also you can catch Free shipping if you spend over £30 and for a limited time there will be a free piece of jewellery included in every order.

Feel free to check out their links and a big thank you to Lola for her perfect customer service and approach!

Sparkle This Season With The Front Row!*

The Front Row Jewellery Review

Hello beauties and merry Christmas eve to you all! However your spending it I hope you are having a wonderful time.
I thought this would be a good moment to share with you some jewellery I received to review; so snuggle up and prepare to read my thoughts on The Front Row!

All comments and opinions are 100% my own and I've not been paid to say them.

I was contacted by the lovely owner whom sent beautifully packaged Items, containing the cutest Kitsch teacup ring and a statement Necklace; both of which reflected what I love when it comes to wearing jewellery, it seemed she knew me so well!

 Initial Thoughts

  • The Items were delivered in adorable striped candy bags, wrapped perfectly which ensured nothing was broken.
  • I was very surprised to see the Teacup ring, Its expandable so you can adjust it to size which I find helps as I've got quite small fingers! So ring sizes wouldn't have been much of a problem and is a great idea for jewellery businesses.
  • I like the variety of jewellery that Front Row has, something Kitsch and then a modern statement piece is perfect when switching up a look!
  • The necklace is a gorgeous gold and purple/pink gem set, I've become quite obsessed with these styles of necklaces, they make a statement alone with a block colour top or dress that simply dresses the neck beautifully.
  • With the necklace, it wasn't a heavy piece of jewellery either, when worn it didn't feel as if it was weighing me down! and I had a lot of compliments when wearing this piece!

I wish you all a very merry Christmas!
A big thank you to The Front Row; do check out the website to view their current pieces!

*NEW* Feature Friday - Cheeky Poppins 18th of October

New Feature Friday!
Featuring Cheeky Poppins

Horrraaaaaay It's Friday and hopefully you all have that Friday feeling! Of course It wouldn't be Friday without Feature Friday on UniqueLoveStyle, so without further a due here's this week's Feature, Cheeky Poppins!

I recall coming across this website and completely falling in love with the concept. There are many quirky ways to add glitz to any outfit, whether it's shoes a blazer or need to add something to your hair.. Cheeky Poppins brings the glamorous quick fix for all those needs! Very well known for their Shoekies which came from the well known moment where an unfortunate staining to a favourite pair of shoes occur, a versatile clip with that added sparkle was used to hide the stain but also bring the shoes back to life with a new look.
But it doesn't end there, Cheeky Poppins also create alternatives to jewellery, special occasions and day to day adornments!

I was intrigued to hear more of the story of the 'Shoekies' as I had the chance to interview Jennifer, the owner of Cheeky Poppins.

-------------------------------------------------------
Interview with Jennifer Chuks l Owner of Cheeky Poppins Shoe Clips

1) What has been your key inspiration to your current career?
My key inspiration is trying my hardest to inspire originality in fashion by more than just a few daredevils. To see more risk takers on the high street and more eccentricities in my South London neighbourhood. It doesn't take as much effort as some hipsters may make you assume to add a bit of originality and uniqueness to an ensemble, and I have always believed the easiest way to personalise and jazz up anything are the accessories. The easiest but by no means the most dramatic, but if we were all dramatic there will be panic.

2) What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I enjoy the feedback I get from customers the most. I do a lot of instagramming and take a lot of street style images and talk a lot to real people. Tell them about the product and their excitement fills me with more enthusiasm for my product each day. I thought it would never cotton on and I am very glad to eat my own words.

3) To date, what has been your 'proudest' moment?
My proudest moment was winning “Best Selected Exhibitor” by Show Review UK magazine when I exhibited at my first ever trade show Pure London 34 in August this year. I put every bit of my personality into my stand to really hammer home our fun fashion ethos. We had cake stands to display the product in, filled with brightly coloured tissue paper and each accessory was literally the icing on each cake. Boutique owners and buyers loved the concept and the product and it has been a whirlwind of busy busy busy ever since. It was a big investment and I was so proud that we shone brightly enough and were awarded for it.

4) Where do you see yourself in the future?
I certainly don’t see myself slowing down in any way shape or form in the future. I hope to go from strength to strength with the product. The range has tripled since its launch and I only wish to continue with Cheeky Poppins Shoe Clips as the most innovative product in high street fashion for a very long time.

5) What tips/advice would you give to someone who wants to go down the same career path as yourself?
I am not sure I am in a position to give advice as everyone’s situation going into a career in fashion will be extremely different. Something which applies to every Dick, Tom and Harry would be research your toosh off. Research, research, research. Perspective is a very useful asset and will help a bunch. And sleep, don’t try and be a superhero, it will catch up with you. I think that is the most constructive advice I can broadly dish out.

6) Which would you say is your favourite item off your website at the moment?
Ah my favourite question. When I saw Bella I realised how girly I actually was. I watch wrestling, am an avid gym goer and prefer cider to a G&T. It has been ages since I have left the house without glass beaded bows attached to my shoes, aka Bella. Purse friendly, real leather so I don’t have to fret if I get caught in the rain and uber transferable. Worn on Converse and snake skin peep toe platforms alike, day and night. I absolutely love them.

*NEW* Feature Friday - Sugar and Style 13th of September

New Feature Friday!
Featuring Sugar and Style

It's finally the weekend! And it's Feature Friday here on UniqueLoveStyle, I'm thrilled to have this business featured for you all today; It's the fabulous Sugar + Style!

If you're a complete fashionista like myself then you know how we're always finding a on-line store which has a wide choice of the latests seasonal trends, yet affordable and great delivery service.. Sugar + Style has it all! They've been featured within the press and bloggers have been adoring their pieces, from their knits to floral statement skirts as some of their favourites.
It's been a pleasure to interview the owner and find out more about herself and the business!

-------------------------------------------------------
Interview with Nhuc Tran l Owner of Sugar + Style(formerly China Doll Boutique)

1) What has been your key inspiration to your current career?
I've always wanted to work for myself and to have my own label. I spent the last 5 years working for small independent brands and having a very hands on role in varied departments. I eventually ended up as a consultant working with fashion start up brands but in my last contract role I decided to take the leap and work and start up my brand.

2) What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I love the creativity that having my business allows. Building a brand is hard work but I really enjoy the challenges it brings and it has lots of rewarding moments.

3) To date, what has been your 'proudest' moment?
Being featured in Vogue was amazing, it's a magazine that I adore and seeing my product in there amongst some of the worlds greatest designers was a great achievement.

4) Where do you see yourself in the future?
I'd hopefully still be running Sugar + Style but on a much bigger scale. I would love to open a few boutique stores in the different cities and expand the brand globally.

5) What tips/advice would you give to someone who wants to go down the same career path as yourself?
I think it's really important to get enough experience in the industry before launching on your own. Launching your own label is a big commitment so you'd want to make sure you had a good network of contacts and that you really want to put in the hard work to make it work. I specifically targeted smaller/start up companies to work for as I knew it would it would give me an all round experience.

6) Which would you say is your favourite item off your website at the moment?
Every item is selected by myself so that's a really hard question and I do truly love each and every piece on the Sugar + Style website!

-------------------------------------------------------

-------------------------------------------------------

A big thank you to Nhuc for her time and participation for this week's Feature!
Look out for your 10% Discount on your first purchase at Sugar+Style and their sale that is currently on too!
