Stained glass glitter placement + easy removal!
Five hours and a lot of snapple crack later... came these nails. These took the longest to do of any glitter placement I've done (not that I've done that many), but in any case, DON'T THEY LOOK SWEET?! For this week's edition of the weekly nail art challenge (WNAC) I co-host on Instagram along with Kristin of Lacquerstyle and Tracey of MissBellaTracey, the theme is jewel tones and the prompt is stained glass! I actually listened again (I'm on a roll).

Simple glitter placement for beginners
Another mid-week nail art post?! How much crack did I do since Monday?!
Here's some simple enough glitter placement nails I did to show how a simple glitter placement can be as bangin' as a full nail glitter placement one!

Soccer ball holo glitter placement
HOLLLLOOOOOO GLITTTAHHHH cause what else. For this week's edition of the weekly nail art challenge (WNAC) I co-host on Instagram along with Kristin of Lacquerstyle and Tracey of MissBellaTracey, the theme is summer and the prompt is magenta and navy! Naturally I did nothing that made sense with this prompt!
Here's an in-your-face glitter placement using large maxi-sized holographic loose glitters from my fav nail supply store, Twinkled T! Don't forget you can use my code SIMPLY for 10% off anything in their shop! This is my second time doing a full-nail glitter placement mani (here's my first, with smaller glitters), and I placed the large hex's in a soccer ball pattern. Cause summer = soccer? Idk. The holo blinds you anyways so you can't see the soccer effect at all, whatever, sports, boring, not holo.

Powder Perfect: Holos from the Hardwicke collection
Introducing a brand new to me, Powder Perfect! They hail from Australia (why is it so many excellent polishes come from AU, why?!?) and today I've got three polishes from their latest release, the Hardwicke collection (consisting of a total of 9 polishes). Neon half-moon dotticure nails - summmahhhh where art thou
MOAR NAIL ART MOARRRR I'm on a roll guys, maybe it's all the crack lines of glitter I did last week, can't be sure. The theme of week's weekly nail art challenge (WNAC) that I co-host on Instagram along with lovely ladies Kristin of Lacquerstyle and Tracey of MissBellaTracey is half moon + neon! This is a relatively simple mani compared to my usual tendency to over complicate everything. Nail art inspired by the Snupps app - never buy the same nail polish twice!
Something new today! How's about some simple white and orange nails, inspired by a new app I've been using to organize my nail polish collection! Snupps is a free app available for both iOS and Android, and it's basically like virtual shelves where you can catalog pictures of anything that you'd to keep track of, like all your nail polish! This way, next time you're drooling down the nail polish aisle at Rite Aid or Shoppers Drug Mart (pick a country), you can check on your app if you already have that nail polish, or at least a similar one. Pretty pink leopard nailz OMG totes my style
Pretty pink leopard nails oh em geeee I LURRRVEE THEM. Actually no I despise pretty pink girly leopard print with bows n' shit cause GAHH I WANNA SCRATCH THEM OFF PPL'S NAILS WITH A KNIFE WHEN I SEE THEM (cause obv wouldn't wanna break my own nails). Nah, I don't hate them on other people that bad, but they're def not my style. So this is my April fool's mani (a day late whatever) cause, IT'S SO NOT LIKE ME AND I DON'T ACTUALLY LURRRVEE THEM OR WHATEVER.

Pink holo glitter placement... glitters so tiny tho
Oh em gee I did an actual GP (glitter placement)...! And I have to say that as a follow up to my last horrendous attempt at a GP, this one actually consists of placing the glitters and not just tossing them on hoping they line up. I used three kinds of mini hex loose holo glitters from The Sparkly Shop!
This mani was done as a bestie triplet mani between myself, Kristin of Lacquerstyle and Tracey of @missbellatracey on Instagram for our joint weekly nail art challenge, whose prompt this week was glitter placement and the theme being contrast. Pink and black cause I used to love Avril Lavigne, obviously.

Valentine's Day collab: White and red holo glittahhhh
So for all the traditionally hopeless romantics who are probably crying in their rooms over my black blood dripping heart and heartbeat mani in honour of V-Day the other day, here's something sparkly and lovey-dovey to make ya feel better! I joined in on a Valentine's Day nail art collab with some ladies on Instagram, and here's the result! Holo glitter, obviously.
