Hand Crank Screw Jack for Lifting Tables Hure Crank Table Base Industrial Crank Table Base, Vintage Industrial Crank Table Base, Hand Wheel Manual Screw Jack. Hand crank mechanical jack with platform lifting mechanisms includes two 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, four 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, and two 5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base. All our screw mechanisms have self-locking function, don't require any lock mechanism, they will hold and stop any position without turning hand crank.
Important Note: Avoid slow lifting speed, we provide double lead screw mechanism, which is two times faster than normal single lead screw mechanism.
Important Note: Connecting rod length 36", 43", 48", 52", 60". Can be customized.
Important Note: Height adjustment 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20". Can be customized.

* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Two Lifting Points (Small-Size, or Normal Table Base) is consist of two pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 200mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), two pieces couplings and one piece connecting rod.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Four Lifting Points (Big, or Super-Big Table Base) is consist of four pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), four pieces transmission gears, four pieces couplings and two piece connecting rods.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 5-Ton Kit with Two Lifting Points (Normal, or Big Table Base) is consist of two pieces 5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron materials), two pieces couplings and one piece connecting rod.
A hand wheel is a convenient solution for manually operating a jack when using machine screw jacks in intermittent positioning applications. Hand wheels are available in a range of diameters from 5 to 16 inches and can be adapted for use on jacks up to the 20 tons capacity model.
NOTE: Hand wheels do not include a brake and therefore are not for use with ball screw jacks. When using hand wheels with a jack that can back drive (12:1 and lower) an additional locking mechanism may be required to prevent "creep".
A Screw Jack also known as a Worm Screw Jack, is a device used to convert rotational motion into a "push-pull" linear motion. It utilises the property of a screw thread providing a mechanical advantage which means that it can be used to amplify force. The rotary movement can be supplied manually or thanks to the help of hydraulic or pneumatic motors. Or thanks to electric motors, like the induction motor!
Screw jacks are suited for lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling and pressing. They can be operated manually or by electric, hydraulic or pneumatic motor. Screw jacks provide a lifting force of up to 100tons/1000kN, a spindle length of up to 10 metres and achieve lifting speeds of up to 50 mm/s. (higher lifting speeds upon request).
