JTGB19 Bevel Gear Ball Screw Jack Pictures
JTGB19 Bevel Gear Ball Screw Jack dimensions are exact same as JT19 miter gearbox. Means, same center distance, making them an ideal choice for complete lifting systems. These improvements will require a less in human and material resources, also save much cost and time.
1. Maximum static load capacity 2000 kg. Maximum dynamic load capacity 1000 kg.
2. Lift screw sizes: BALL screw 32x10.
3. Bevel gears ratio 2.5:1, efficiency up to 60%.
4. Translating, Rotating and Anti-rotation configurations, available in upright and inverted mount.
5. Positioning accuracy, Uniform lifting speed, without self locking ball screw which can not supports the loads and hold position, need to employ brake motor mechanism or other locking systems.
6. Available in manual operation, also electric motor driven.
7. There are no "standard" travel lengths (each bevel gear ball screw jack is built to specification).
8. Lifting screw end fittings includes top plate (I), clevis end (II), plain end(III) and threaded end (IV). Custom made spherical hinge, rod end, forked head etc.
9. Single unit use, or complete jacking system including gear motors, bevel gearboxes, connecting shafts and couplings for dual or multiple jack arrangements.
