While in Abilene, Texas on a trucking-related stopover, we had one of the best steaks we've ever eaten. We read about the Beehive Restaurant and Saloon and since we were bobtailing knew we'd have no problem getting around downtown, so we headed there for dinner. The interior of the restaurant wasn't much too look at so I didn't take any pictures of it, but the meal was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is owned by two Iranian immigrant brothers - one of which we saw delivering several of the entrees directly to guests in the dining room - and I've gotta tell you, they're doing Texas real proud! We will definitely be back.
