Ed has been asking for lasagna for I don't know how long. Well, today I finally made it for him. I must say, it was delizioso! We'll definitely get a few meals out of it and I even made an extra pan to freeze so I don't have to slave away in the kitchen again anytime soon.And I finally got to use my San Marzano tomatoes!
