Berlutti, Milan

Unfortunately for the UK, this brand only has a store with very small windows although they do make an effort nonetheless.  Here in Milan however just look at this little beauty.  A fabulous photo booth fills the space that they have here and all beautifully produced too in order to create a hugely fun scheme.

Berlutti, London

The only way to truly appreciate this scheme is through video (below, or if you receive this entry from us via email then do check out the link here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WiAxPjuMdXI ).  We haven't seen may kaleidoscopes around town yet although we have a feeling this is going to be replicated around town very shortly across a multitude of brands.

Berlutti, Milan

With their interior inspired installation Berlutti of course as always delivers a super luxurious scheme.  The windows at the store back in London are virtually the same size of those at Tiffany so its no surprise that the schemes usually lack the impact delivered by this store here in Milan.  Beautiful products and great narrative this street near this epicentre of creative window schemes close to the Via Monte Napoleone is so worth a visit if you can.

Berlutti, Paris

We've always thought this brand (yet another LVMH subsidiary) had more stores than it does (apparently 45 worldwide) and although usually we find that they have very limited window spaces it is refreshing to see that this store (which is possibly their flagship given that their headquarters are here in France) have larger than usual windows with which to apply this interesting space-like installation.  We were particularly drawn to the window below with its observation deck at the centre of which is a pair of their footwear complete with gravity defying shoe laces.

Berlutti, New York

This brand have really invested in their visual schemes over the passed year it seems as they just get better and better.  Or is it that we only tend to look at their Conduit street store which has such comparatively small windows that its difficult to do very much which is effective?  Who knows.  With their Plan View of a table setting created from some of their products, formality with a clever sense of humour is refreshing particularly as these types of brands tend to be a little stuffy at times.  A big thumbs up anyway.

Berlutti, London

This brand appears to have gone from strength to strength visually over the past year.  Its seems, at least from the outside looking in that this is an old brand which has been injected with a refreshing amount of creativity, although not so much that it changes the brand so completely to alienate its core customers (whoever they are) although personally we rather like radical changes.  Blowing off the dust and cobwebs is a good thing and adding a teeny bit of humour here with the use of the saddles strategically placed as if they are trophy heads / skulls ticks the boxes very nicely.  We know these brands read this site, so come on guys, if you are reading this in your dark dusty boardroom, possibly with the whiff of damp trouser hanging in the air from the old guys who have been there for decades and hold the purse strings; lets keep the creativity coming and push those boundaries, eh?

Berlutti, London

This brand seem to be popping up everywhere at the moment.  The scheme at Harrods which we showed recently looked amazing and this store along Conduit street has gone from a tiny unnoticed store to producing some really fun schemes.  What's going on here?  We 'd like to think someone here has been looking at our site and encouraged to produce ever exciting schemes (but we can only speculate of course).   Anyway, these guys are beginning to have a whiff of Paul Smith sophistication about them, and we love that.  Keep 'em coming guys..!

Berlutti, London

We often pass the Berlutti store along Conduit Street and barely give it a cursory glance.  This store, which is next door to the ever fabulous Vivienne Westwood and opposite the new and pending Nicole Farhi store and their new and incredibly exciting site (the hoardings are up and we are dying to see what they are doing behind it).  With their tiny window spaces at Berlutti, these guys don't really do very much but on this occasion, they raised a smile in us with their presentation of their shoes stepping on egg shells.  Finally, we have something from these guys worth sharing and we are so pleased to do so.  We don't know anything at all about this brand other than that they are probably incredibly expensive, given their location, but we do hope that even in the tiny space that they do have, that they will continue to entertain us and make us come back again and again.  If you are along this part of town, do go and have a look.  There is clearly something intriguing about them and we want to know more, so hopefully their PR guys will get in touch and we'll be able to tell you more about what they do (unless you already know?)
