Your Leadership and Organisation Development Partner
About us
ARC (Adi Raheja and Co) started in 2014 as a Leadership and Organization Development Firm. Over the years we grew into a 22 people-strong team who served over 150 clients, each one introduced to us through a recommendation. Our clients partner with us for some of the most innovative and impactful interventions to develop leaders, teams and culture and strategy. We want to bring humanness back into consulting. Our ways of working are co-creative, dialogic and experiential. We don't 'acquire' or 'manage' a customer. We build relationship with them. We build goodwill that lasts for years. We work as our client's team. A team that you can count upon. In a world which went overboard with branding, marketing, sales, promotions, lead acquisitions, spamming and secret tracking of emails; we worked silently without even a LinkedIn page, a sales team or a functional website. For us marketing is about values. Values that we lived by and would continue to do so. We believed in doing good work. We knew that that good work gets more good work. Off late we started feeling that we need to go out to the world to share about who we are and tell our story. To tell the world what we stand for and share some epic stuff we do. Hopefully, this page helps us to create a medium to do so. Please follow our page to know more.

Understanding human behaviour is the skill of identifying patterns and reason behind why people do what they do. This skill can often act as a leverage to bring in change in individuals, societies and organisations. Consider your daily tea shop. At first glance, it may seem like a chaotic mix of the chaiwala making drinks, customer placing orders and people sipping their hot tea. However, there are underlying patterns and behaviours that guide each person’s movement. What might look like unpredictable chaos actually follows a set of predictable order of behaviours. Recognising these patterns allows the tea shop owner to optimise operations, reduce wait times, and enhance the customer experience. Similarly, understanding human behaviour within an organisation can help leaders implement changes more effectively. By observing and analysing these patterns in how employees interact, make decisions, and respond to various situations, leaders can identify areas for improvement and develop strategies that resonate with their team. Changemakers find order (patterns) in chaos to bring in disruptive change. #Patterns #Organisations #HumanBehaviour #ChangeMakers

Organisation Development Journey Program: Class of 2024 Yesterday marked the culmination of the ODJP at ARC, a transformative year-long journey for all the participants that began in August last year. This program has been an incredible journey, helping participants become better consultants and humans. Throughout the 12 classes over the past year, various aspects of OD were taught using an out-of-the-box methodology. This included simulations, activities, and traditional learning modules. Key topics covered included: - Fundamentals of OD - The OD Cycle - Using Self as an Instrument of Change - Intervention Design and a lot more. The ODJP team also had the opportunity to run a live project with a client facing a real problem. It was truly a well-rounded learning experience. All of this culminated with us throwing our graduation hats in the air, followed by a celebration. As we cherish the accomplishments of the first batch, we are gearing up for the launch of the second batch of the Organisation Development Journey. If you are interested in taking part, comment below! If not, wish the participants a hearty congratulations :) #OrganizationalDevelopment #Leadership #Growth #LearningJourney #ODJP #ARC

Don’t solve the problem, fix the system. If you want to wake up on time, don’t set up a loud alarm early in the morning. Get rid of your phone at night, sleep early, and darken your room. Systems are long-lasting, widespread, and interconnected. We can push back on them by just solving the visible problem, but over time, the system usually comes out ahead. Take the example of employee turnover in an organisation. Instead of simply addressing the symptoms—like hiring more recruiters to fill vacancies or offering higher salaries to retain staff—leaders should look at the underlying system. What are the root causes of high turnover? Are employees leaving due to a lack of career growth opportunities, poor management practices, or an unhealthy work-life balance? Through research, these deeper issues can be uncovered and through applied behavioural science the right interventions can be made to bring in change. Once we see the underlying system to a visible problem, we can change it. #Organisations #Systems #DiveDeeper
