Century City Group’s Volunteer Team is delighted to join "Play to Thrive" Christmas Football Fun Day at Regala Skycity Hotel organized by Save The Children Hong Kong. Football game booths have been set, and launched a special collaboration with Bodhi Love Foundation, integrating mindfulness with the theme of football to help children foster compassion for themselves and others. Volunteering to play with kids is a wonderful way to connect with them and create joyful experience. It provides an opportunity to participate in activities that promote their physical, emotional and social development. That being said, it also allows meaningful communication and bonding, therefore able to make a positive impact on their lives. Heartwarming Volunteer Visit Brings Festive Joy to the Elderly We embarked on a devoted journey with our Century City Group's Vice Chairman and Executive Director Ms. Poman Lo and famous actor Mr. Joe Ma to the Po Leung Kuk Lau Chan Siu Po Neighbourhood Elderly Centre in Lok Wah Estate, where we had the pleasure of distributing goodie bags and enjoying lunch with the elderly. We shared a delightful meal featuring Regal Hotels’ Poon Choi, Soft-meal Poon Choi, and our handmade dumplings, symbolizing unity and harmony in Chinese culture. We listened to the stories and experiences shared by the elderly, understanding their daily needs and difficulties. It is a greater blessing to give than to receive, as we always encourage our colleagues to participate in volunteer services to convey love and care to society.
