Bodhi Love Foundation is a non-profit corporation dedicated to nurturing the next generation of wise and compassionate global citizens and leaders. It is of prime importance in this day and age to invest our attention and resources in our children’s emotional well-being which is the prerequisite for both personal and social achievements. Our dedicated education research team has been looking out for education models which equip the young with skills they would need to navigate a fast-changing world of abundant distractions and weakening interpersonal engagement. Bodhi Love Foundation aspires to nurture a growing community of secular mindful and emotionally well-adjusted individuals at an early stage of life, who in return will inspire more people to live and work according to such principles, for the sustained well-being of society as a whole now and the years to come.

    🎄Bodhi Love Foundation Joins "Play to Thrive" Christmas Football Fun Day, Nurturing Creativity and Compassion in Children   Bodhi Love Foundation enthusiastically took part in the "Play to Thrive" Christmas Football Fun Day, hosted at Regala Skycity Hotel and organized by Save The Children Hong Kong and Regal Hotels Group. Our mission was to foster children's creativity, compassion, and mindfulness through a unique blend of art, mindfulness practices, and the excitement of football.   By combining these elements, we aimed to empower children to explore their creative potential, develop a sense of empathy towards themselves and others, and cultivate mindfulness in their daily lives.     【智愛種子教育計劃 - 教師靜觀訓練課程】 為了普及教師、家長及學生對靜觀的認識，「智慧明心慈善基金」早前便於麗豪航天城酒店進行了一天教師培訓，提升教師身心健康。   當天內容十分豐富! 邀請到SEED課程發展及指導導師劉敏儀博士到場與教師們進行一系列靜觀練習外，還教導老師們靜觀的原理，以助他們做好準備教幼齡學生SEED的教肓課程，讓幼稚園學童在學前時期提升社會 (Social)、情緒(Emotional) 和道德 (Ethical) 的全面發展。   是次計劃正聯同香港中文大學心理學系及雷丁大學進行一項研究，以評估SEED課程在幼稚園執行的可行性、教師及家長接受靜觀培訓後對幸福感的影響，及兒童接受過靜觀培訓後的心理發展的影響，為靜觀教育埋下一顆智愛種子。 ---------- 「智慧明心慈善基金」的智愛種子教育計劃提倡社會、情緒和道德全面發展的教育課程，提高兒童心智能力。教育計劃亦倡導注重自我理解、有同理心、相互聯繫的新型教育模式，冀望培養兒童成為睿智、仁愛的全球公民和領導人，建造可持續的明天。   任何教育機構及學校，如對靜觀教育想有更多認識及深入了解，歡迎與我們聯絡: info@bodhilove.org。 #mindfulness #meditation #mind #mindset #mindful #heal #mindfulnesspractice #health #healthylifestyle #peace #tranquility #mindfulhk #innerpeace #wellbeing #stress #靜觀 #正念 #情緒健康 #靜心 #健康生活 #平靜 #平和 #靜觀認知 #靜觀生活 #專注力 #覺察力
