Today we celebrate the naming ceremonies of our newest vessels, the “Singapore Express,” at the Port of Tuas, in Singapore and the “Iquique Express” at the New Times Shipyard, in China. 🎉 In Singapore, over 230 distinguished guests joined us for this momentous occasion, including our esteemed patron, Dr. Yeo May May, and Mr. Ong Kim Pong, Group CEO of PSA International. The ceremony was honored by the presence of the German Ambassador to Singapore and Senior Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Baey from the Ministry of Transport, further reinforcing our strong partnerships. A traditional Lion Dance added an unforgettable touch, welcoming our guests and setting the tone for a truly special event. 🐲 We extend our heartfelt wishes to the captains and crew members of the “Singapore Express” and “Iquique Express”, fair winds, calm seas, and safe sailings on their voyages ahead! 🚢 #HapagLloyd #SingaporeExpress #IquiqueExpress #NamingCeremony
