Keisuke's Corner Bikes Jelly Bean Gravel Road

Some more photos of Keisuke-san's absolutely gorgeous custom Corner Bikes "Jelly Bean" Gravel Road shot at the Cycle Letters event in Osaka earlier this month...

Put together by the guys at 1Jyo with a Thomson/Chris King/Fizik cockpit...

Brooks & Thomson taking care of seating...

A very nice mix of Race Face and Rotor at the cranks...

But the thing that makes this bike so special is that Salsa homage paintjob by Cook Paintworks...

You can see lots more photos of this bike over on the 1Jyo Flickr. You can also follow Corner Bikes on Instagram for more of this type of thing.

Custom Brompton

About time we had a bit of folding action around here and folders don't come much better than a Brompton and Brompton's don't come much cooler than NBromnLife's very custom M6 shot earlier this month on the Achieve Sunday morning ride...

Rotor at the drive...

A very trendy Rindow Bullet light up front with a King headset...

Limited edition Brooks saddle...

And a Loro custom rear spring taking care of shock duties...

Made in London. Pimped in Kyoto.

Toyo Frame CX Bike

Beautiful Toyo Frame cyclocross bike shot at last month's KNSCX race at Biwako...

Very nice Sugino/Rotor combo at the cranks...

The non-drive side...

It's hard to explain how difficult it can be shooting bikes at cross races. Fair enough it's not exactly rocket science but often it's very early in the morning, usually freezing cold, the bikes are positioned in a way that makes photographing them awkward. And then certain people just have to fuck around...

Follow the Toyo Frame Instagram for more of this kind of thing.

Moots Gristle @ Cycle Picnic

A rather nice custom Moots Gristle shot at the Cycle Picnic in Osaka a few weeks ago. The Gristle was originally marketed as a "69er" MTB, meaning a 26" wheel in the rear with a 29" wheel up front. Nakahara-san, the owner of this bike has built it up as a 700c road bike with some very choice parts...

Fizik saddle on top of a USE post...

Rotor cranks with Pub Pedals over the Crank Brothers Egg Beaters...

Shimano XTR mechs...

Controlled by Gevenalle shifters on a set of Thomson bars and a Thomson stem...

All rolling on Enve rims laced to Chris King hubs with a One by Esu carbon fork...

A serious bit of custom bike porn, a big thank you to Nakahara-san for taking the time to show it off to us and for the test ride!

Trek Madone USPS @ Rafu Cycling

Gorgeous custom Trek Madone USPS belonging to the Rafu Cycling shop owner...

A beautiful build based around a Dura Ace groupset with Rotor Q-Rings...

Prologo saddle on a Deda post...

Tainted by association? Maybe, but still nice to see one of these bikes rolling around.
