A Fond Farewell and Thanks
Hello friends! Just in case you hadn't read Taylor's blog post HERE, well... it is with a very sad heart that I am stepping down from THE SINGLE BEST stamp company's design team on the planet. Due to my school workload (and hopefully an entrance into nursing school soon), I have been stretched far too thin and don't have the time available anymore to do the crafting that I so love. I am sure that you have have noticed my posts have really thinned out the past few months! Well, this summer, I decided that I could register for TWO classes...Pharmacology and Statistics. And, let's just say, that since classes began 3 weeks ago, I have already taken 6 exams between the two...with another two more to go next week! I couldn't go without sharing one more project using Taylor's fabulous products though...and to send her a big THANKS. Thanks for allowing me the privilege to be on such a fine team (for so long!) lol!! I'm already excited about the new additions to the team and the upcoming release going on now! :)
For my card, I made a quickie using some of the new fabric/washi tape that is all the style. I also couldn't resist playing with those new Tall & Skinny Alpha Dies! I just know that I'll be getting a ton of mileage from those again! I simply die cut regular black cardstock and then handmade white polka dots with the White Opaque Pens. Cute and quick and calling it done! What's that? I think my Pharmacology book is summoning back to it. :)
PS. Just in case, I won't be quitting my blog! I will still have the itch to create and I hope that you will still want to visit and see!
See you soon!

June Key Ingredients - Day 6
Hello everyone!! Today is the last day on the June Key Ingredients blog week, and I'm so happy to be playing along! This entire week, you have gotten a nice big dose of inspiration using the exclusive Delightful Day sets along with the June Key Ingredients. I hope you have found yourself inspired!! Now, if you have any questions, or are a bit confused about exactly what the Key Ingredients are (and how to become a member!) be sure and visit the Key Ingredients page. And if you still have questions, feel free to drop me a message! :) It's a GREAT deal!
Anyway, onto my last project for this special!
Once again, patterened paper and accessories came straight from the June Key Ingredients. I used the brand new Tall & Skinny Alpha Dies to create a negative "hello" with my patterned paper sneaking out from up under. And of course, the rest of the stamps came straight from Delightful Day! To create a little more added texture to my card, I dry embossed the entire cover with the Lots of Dots Impression Plate.
Now, there is even still more to see! Be sure and visit Taylor's blog, as well as Stephanie Kraft's project over on the Key Ingredient's Blog for one last bit of inspiration.
Thanks for visiting today and have a FABULOUS weekend!!!

Ack!! Isn't it just adorable?! And I swear, it has to be paired with the absolute cutest set of papers and embellishments currently out!! This month's KI kit includes papers from Echo Park's Hello Summer, as well as all of the coordinating cardstock and embellishments that you could possibly need!
For my project, I stamped a background using some of the flowers from the stamp set and then paired it with a bit of patterned paper from the kit. I also used the ribbon supplied in the kit in my card. These kits provide you with EVERYTHING that you could need to create at LEAST 16 or more cards. Details on how to become a Key Ingredients subscriber can be found in Taylor's post HERE or by visiting the KI Subscription page HERE.
Finally, I paired my card with one of my favorite dies, the Layering Doily Die Medium, but it certainly works perfect with the new Petal Popup Dies 1, 2, and 3, as well as the Pinwheel Parade Dies.
Need more ideas and details with how the kit works? Definitely check out the list for more! :)
Have fun my friends!!

Taylored Expressions June Release!
TE Release Day!
- All of the new products are now available for purchase! Check out the Fresh Out of the Oven Department to see everything in one place!
- More projects from the Baker's Dozen to inspire you. Just follow the link list below.
- Be sure to check the TE Current Specials page to find out how you can get FREE 4th of July Stamps with your purchase.
I used all THREE of the new dies in my project for a nice little centerpiece for the upcoming holiday! I filled it a glass container (for only $.99 at Joann!!) with candies and added some flare. :)
I first started out by stamping the 4th of July a la Carte on a piece of patterned paper from the 4th of July Project Pantry, and die cutting out with the Gift Card Frame Die. I then did some simple coloring with Copics and then started with the fun die-cutting. :)
"Happy" was cut out from the new (and my fave!) Tall & Skinny Alpha Dies, also from the 4th Project Pantry. And then I used the new Petal Popups 1 and Petal Popups 2 on both my Pinwheel Parade dies, as well as alone.
These fun Fly Your Flag 3 with Coordinating Die also came in handy. :)
I also used the Fly Your Flag 2 plus Coordinating die on the other side. I love how it turned out!! My husband even mentioned how cool it looks...so you KNOW it has to be good! LOL!
So that's it for me for today...hope you enjoyed and happy shopping!!

Oh goodness, totally lovely, right? This gorgeous image is from the new Forever in Bloom set, which features 16 stunning images/sentiments all having to do with the gorgeous hydrangea. Now, there are bold images, line images for coloring (my favey!), and plenty of leaves to match...you could build yourself a nice little bunch of hydrangeas if you wanted!! And, get this, there are also coordinating DIES to match! /drool!! Now, I didn't use the dies in my project, but I am SURE you will see some once you start hopping around to see the other gorgeous creations. This set was illustrated by the ever-talented Nancy McKinney for her Whimsical Wishes line of stamps. I used papers from My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline Fiddlesticks paper pack, available in the TE Store, and, of course, my beloved Copics.
Now, I seriously can't wait to see what everyone else has to share with you, so be sure to hop around along with me! Don't forget, the big release is tomorrow morning, but we'll have one last round of projects to share...I can't wait to share tomorrow's!!

In the mean time, here we are to unveil even more sets leading up to the big release on Thursday morning! Today is a special day because ALL of us are sneaking the same set...and it's a CUTIE!! Just check out the name... Bikes and Trikes. Oh, let the cuteness begin!
Adorable, isn't it?! This set was illustrated by the super talented Emily Burger, for her Embracing Grace line of stamp sets. It was originally concepted by our very own, Jami Sibley, and Emily took off creating 20 adorably quirky images and sentiments. And, as always, these stamps are all made from deeply etched rubber, already mounted to EZ mount, and ready to stamp with your acrylic blocks! This is a full-sized set and all the images are PRE-TRIMMED for you and come with their very own sturdy, fully-colored image panel, perfect to store away in a Taylored Expression Mini Binder Box. And, in case you are wondering, I used papers from the Dear Lizzy Neopolitan paper pad, now available in the TE Patterned Paper section of the store! I was also able to sneak in a TE Die...one that I thought was just so cute for this set, and really, a must have in your die arsenal, and that's the Pennant Border Die...yep, a NEED!
I bet you are just dying to see what the rest of the Baker's have cooked up for you with Bikes & Trikes now aren't ya?! Well here's a handy list for you to hop around...enjoy!! :)

Taylored Expressions Sneak Peek - Day 1
June Release At a Glance
- We have sneak peeks to share Monday through Wednesday. All of the new products will be available for purchase on Thursday, June 7th at 8 am PST. You'll find it all in the Fresh out of the Oven Department at the Taylored Expressions Store.
- Join us as a fan on Facebook for an early peek at the stamp sets, as well as a SPECIAL Facebook GIVEAWAY, on Wednesday night beginning at approximately 6 pm PST.
This first project features the latest of the Adorable Abodes sets, and is aptly called the Yankee Doodle Homestead. I love that this adorable abode is all dressed up in the Americana theme! Doug Applegate, with his Apple Doodle Ink line of stamps, once again captured the essence of that good old hometown feel with this pride-filled home! I paired papers from the soon-to-be-released 4th of July Project Pantry, and you are going to just love this kit paired with these two new sets....speaking of!
This card features the new 4th of July Word a la Carte! This set was designed by Taylor herself, for her *te* line of stamps, and is one of many in a series of Word a la cartes! Once again, I also used the 4th of July Project Pantry...just because these kits just make it so darn easy to make cards with!
And....I'm not sure if you noticed, but I snuck a couple of TE dies into my projects..one new, and one, not as new! Can you guess which one is new?? :) It's in the first project! Oh, I can't hold it in anymore...the pinwheel that you see on my Adorable Abode card is one of the new dies being released this week!! Ack! I just love it guys! It comes in TWO sizes, and I just know that you are going to love it too! And one of the not-so-new dies I used was the Reaching for the Stars Die. There are just plenty of fun dies to use in your projects...especially if you love making cards for our troops for next month!
Now the team has even more projects to share with you today (even some new Moka's!) and we also have special guests playing along, so be sure and hop around and see all of the sneaks we have to share!

Happy Mother's Day...just a little bit late!
Whoops! I know that this is after Mother's Day, but I forgot to share this project with you earlier! No worries though, that sentiment could easily be changed to something else. ;)
I wanted to make a little gift holder to fit something, say, the size of a gift card, and this fit perfectly! I used the new set Oops a Daisy, coupled with the sentiment, Love You, from Daisy Bouquet, which matches the awesome new Mini Tags Die Set. Have I mentioned before how much I love these mini tag dies?? Plan on seeing them a lot!
Isn't it cute?! Yeah, I was very happy with how it turned out!
Side view to see a bit of the dimension.
Such a pretty daisy, minimally colored too!
And that's all she wrote for today. I've been busy enjoying my break from school, but it already starts back up again next week! Until then, I've been crafting up a storm. Can't wait to share. ;)

Ack!! I just love this set of gorgeous daisies, and of course, matching Oops a Daisy Dies! And I couldn't resist pairing these two sentiments together. Sometimes, you just gotta tell someone to "just laugh!" Am I right? :)
I went pretty simple with this card using patterned paper from My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline Howdy Doody. I used the Large Scallop Border Die along the long edge, and stamped directly onto the rest of the patterned paper, my flower images and just die cut those babies out. :) I swear, why couldn't I have invented the coordinating dies idea? It's the best thing ever!
Ok, so I won't keep you any longer from perusing the rest of the blogs. Thanks so much for your visits this week and I hope you loved the projects you saw!

And this is just one of the many tags in the set!! SOOO ADORABLE!! AND this sentiment is also from a coordinating set called Daisy Bouquet. Oh my...these two sets together...they make some magic!
See what I mean?! Daisy Bouquet is a Petite set of 6 stamps illustrated by Nancy McKinney for her Whimsical Wishes line of stamps. It is the 2nd in the line of Bouquet stamp sets since the Spring Tulips was so well received. What do you think?? Love it?!
I think these strawberries make great little gift toppers...especially with the tags already attached. And let me just tell you...the strawberries themselves were made just from cutting a circle, but the leaf tops....recognize them from this die??
The 1.5" left die on the bottom left there from Friendship Blooms die made the adorable perfect leaves on top. And here is the new Mini Tags Die in full form!
I can't wait to play with these little guys some more. :) Now, off to check the rest of the other awesome samples!

Today we are featuring more of the FREE Father's Day Digi along with Lakeside Lodge, Moka Bobby, and Moka Tim. I am sharing TWO projects with you today...first, my card created with the Father's Day Digi.
I kind of went with the latest Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge for my semi-CAS card. :) I still used patterned paper from the Loyal Project Pantry...the strips are actually straight from one of the sheets. I just cut out the separate strips and "flagged" them and spaced them a bit apart. I like the look much better! So, you are probably wondering, how do I get this FREE Father's Day Digi. Well, here are the deets:
The Father's Day Digi is FREE with the purchase of
any May Release Bundle and there are several to choose from. The Digi is not being offered for sale. You will download both an open line image and
a 2nd pre-colored image for super fun, quick cards and projects. You will also be able to download an
inspiration sheet showing all of the projects created by the Baker's Dozen this
week. Be sure to check out the Bundle
Options on the Specials page on Release Day, Thursday.
Pretty sweet deal, huh?! Ok, I promised two projects though...so here is my Lakeside Lodge card.
I could NOT resist using this sentiment included in the stamp set. The lodge is fabulous...but I totally dig the boat and sentiment! Plus, I love stamped waves...way to keep a card simple to create!
Lakeside Lodge is another in the series of Adorable Abode sets, concepted by our very own Jami Sibley, and illustrated by Doug Applegate for his Apple Doodle Ink line of stamps. Get set to kick back, relax, and congratulate someone on their retirement, Father's Day, or to just share that this person just "floats your boat!" And in case you're wondering, the small patterned paper is from MME Follow Your Heart Be Amazing.
And just in case you may be new to Taylored Expressions, all of the stamps are deeply etched RUBBER, on EZ Mount, ready for your acrylic blocks to stamp! They are also are PRE-CUT for you and come attached to their own labeled and illustrated, very sturdy panel, that fits and store perfectly in Taylor's Mini Binder Boxes.
Ready to check out what the girls have to share? I'm ready to see!!
See you back tomorrow! I can't wait to share tomorrow's!! Eep!

Thank You x2
Hello everyone!! I have been enjoying the heck out of this Spring, and I'm sad that summer is quickly approaching. I have been spending a lot of time running outdoors (I'm up to running 2.5 miles!), hey, that's good for me! And I also downloaded a new app for my iPhone called Fitocracy. You see, I used to be a pretty big gamer (think World of Warcraft and Everquest)...crazy, I know! Anyway, these app makes workouts into challenges, quests, and achievements. I'm all about "leveling up my character," so this app is perfect for me in driving me to work out. Let's just say that I used to work out at the gym 3 days a week max, and since I've downloaded and started using the app, I now am going on week 4 of working out and/or running on the trails a minimum of 6 days a week. I give myself Saturday as a day to relax. :) I'm loving life!
Anyway, since I've been enjoying all of the cool crisp evenings and bountiful flowers and butterflies, I felt inspired to make a couple of colorful and bright Thank You cards. Check it out..
I just ADORE the set Rosy Posey and the coordinating set of Rosy Posey Dies. I mean...LOVE these!! I wanted to create some quick and easy CAS cards, but add a little dimension by popping up some of the die cut flowers. For my first card, I used a palette of reds, yellow (hmm, doesn't look too yellow up there), aqua, pink and green. I always get bored doing the same thing, so for my second card, I just changed a color and added orange. :)
See the difference? I think it's pretty cool how changing just one color can make a card look different! Oh yeah, I love adding Taylor's Tiny Twinkles to just about everything, so they got added on as centers. They are all clear, but I always just color them with my Copics to any color I want them to be, just a cool little trick to adding more mileage to your Twinkles. ;)
By the way...4 tests down in my Physiology class and only 1 left to go!! Still holding a solid A average in the class, which I'm very proud of! :)
Thanks for the visit!!

Baby Notecards
Hey everyone! I was so excited with Taylor Expression's April release because she offered a fun new die called the Onesie Notecard Die. Although I didn't play with it for any of the sneak posts, I couldn't wait to play with as soon as I possible could! Check out these little "babies" I whipped up real quick!
Oh my goodness these are just too cute!! These dies actually DO make little notecards...the little brad on the bottom simply holds the card closed, and you just undo the brad to open up the notecard for your special sentiments. Gah! Why couldn't I have had these around when I was pregnant?! Well, I'm still loving these anyway...there's always someone I know that's pregnant or with a baby!
So I grabbed the die, some Choice Snow White cardstock, and the MME Miss Caroline Howdy Doody paper pad and got to work!
These came together sooo quickly, it should be illegal! ;) I used sentiments from the stamp set, Baby Cakes, and they fit just perfectly! Embellishments were just grabbed at random from my stash. Seriously...some of them were still laying on my craft desk from projects made a month ago!
And let me just add, the Taylor's Multi Color Twinkles matched perfectly to the "buttons" on the bottom of the onesie.
So how many of these babies do you think you could churn out? I bet a ton!!! I hope you got this die too...I'd love to see what you've made! I love new ideas. :)
Thanks for stopping by!!

I love how using the different papers can make the exact same layout look almost like a completely different card!
I must say, the papers in this last one are my absolute fave. I love the shabby blue with pink flowers...oy! And there you have it....3 cards, easily mass produced! Just grab your dies and go to town!
So do you dig this month's project pantry as much as I do? I hope so! There's still more to see though, so be sure and visit the following blogs before you venture into your online shopping experience. :)
