    Hay Rich: Odd that, My grandpa was was a 100% pure Italian Candy Chef of some repute in his time but I just don't have a sweet tooth. I do love a bit (or a bunch) of really top quality chocolate now and then but if you put a Taco down next to a piece of cake I'd eat the Taco. My wife and daughter will go for the cake every time so they are the bakers in the family. All the best with your cookie business and don't let "The Hawk" get you. That wind off the lake can be mean, if memory serves. RJ
