I love eating. In fact, I have an illness that I'd define as perpetual eating and the inability to cope with a fast metabolism.
I enjoy cooking as much as I love eating , maybe less. I usually steer clear of Asian recipes although I am Chinese so I make everything except Asian food :P
The only things I can bake successfully so far are my banana muffins and lime cheesecake! Hopefully I will get better at baking and making desserts.
A really lovely dessert is what it takes to leave guests with a sweet memory.
