    Hey, thanks for being a follower and welcome to GR. Boy, you sure do loovveee those potatoes, huh? This just means I need to put up a baked potato recipe just for you. lol I have an idea, why not experiment, not just with potato fillers, but with different types of potatoes as well? Red, yellow, white, blue, new (those little ones), or fingerlings? Evan yams?? That's technically in the potatoey family, right? Gawd, the possibilities are endless! You've inspired me now, I'm gonna put up something cool.

    I’m glad to introduce myself, my name is Robert and I’ll try to describe my place in the culinary world. I have spent a lot of my youth In small towns (200-300k people) and the best bet to make as many people happy by your cooking was to stay in the range of quality bistros, not as fancy as a restaurant not as shaggy as a fast food, but what I noticed is that most of the bistros where starting to get repetitive so I experimented for a while until I came up with a simple solution in the spirit of indie cooking , by bringing folk and country culinary heritage in to the urban stream of life.
    I find that baked potatoes can easily provide a huge variety of flavors if treated right plus it’s actually a rather healthy alternative to a lot of fast eats. What I found out over the years that it’s not just pleasant to eat a freshly baked potato because it tastes good or it’s healthy but because it sometimes feel good to have something as simple, pure and rich in its meaning as a potato.
    While a bake potato itself is a heart worming object from a simpler life style, something natural and raw the ingredients you mix in to give it more rich flavors never demolish the solidified image of a country side dish. I’ll hope that you’ll give me a visit or subscribe to my blog so I could keep you up to date with my findings on more and more ways of preparing this simple and wonderful dish that brought me a lot of joy over the years.
