About Me
I’m glad to introduce myself, my name is Robert and I’ll try to describe my place in the culinary world. I have spent a lot of my youth In small towns (200-300k people) and the best bet to make as many people happy by your coo
king was to stay in the range of quality bistros, not as fancy as a restaurant not as shaggy as a fast food, but what I noticed is that most of the bistros where starting to get repetitive so I experimented for a while until I came up with a simple solution in the spirit of indie cooking , by bringing folk and country culinary heritage in to the urban stream of life.
I find that baked potatoes can easily provide a huge variety of flavors if treated right plus it’s actually a rather healthy alternative to a lot of fast eats. What I found out over the years that it’s not just pleasant to eat a freshly baked potato because it tastes good or it’s healthy but because it sometimes feel good to have something as simple, pure and rich in its meaning as a potato.
While a bake potato itself is a heart worming object from a simpler life style, something natural and raw the ingredients you mix in to give it more rich flavors never demolish the solidified image of a country side dish.
