    Light, refreshing, delicious with a hint of creamy lemon without the acidity. This would be a fantastic no-bake dessert in the warmer months. 5 stars for taste! *****
    The only thing I recommend is to either use Cool Whip for the whipped cream, or use a stabilizer in the cream. You can buy sachets of Dr. Oetker "Whip It" for example, a whip cream stabilizer. Or make your own at home and use some of the pudding mix in the cream or some of the cream cheese, either will stabilize it--(just look online for recipes and amounts).
    I used Cool Whip in this for a no fuss desert. The whole family loved it!

    Thanks so much for your comments & rating on my recipe for Flaky Chicken Turnovers. I like to freeze a batch after they have been baked so I can take them for lunch at work. They're good cold or warmed in the microwave
