  I am making the Panna Cotta in brain mold for a 5th grade school party tomorrow and am wondering how well this will hold its shape if unmolded and covered with sauce overnight. Or should I wait to sauce it in the morning? Party is around 2 tomorrow afternoon. Thanks!
