    Very tasty. I only used 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish and I think I would have preferred the whole teaspoon. I used this to make this recipe Dilled Shrimp Egg Salad Wraps and used it as a dip for leftover shrimp. Very tasty but - note to self - the full amount of horseradish next time. Added to IMI on 6/26/16

    Hello and thank you for the cooking buddy invite. I am so with you about liking the idea of baking bread all the time. Where I live in Washington, we become so spoiled be able to buy fresh artisianal bread at any grocery store at a small price that baking my own and not having the bread turn out could feel really insulting =). I enjoy Bernard Clayton's Complete Book of Bread and The Bread Apprentice.

    HELLO, AND THANK YOU FOR THE 'FRIEND'LY INVITATION. I WOULD BE DELIGHTED TO BE YOUR FRIEND. I AM SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG TO GET BACK WITH YOU, I HAVE BEEN WRITING A COOKBOOK FOR MY FAMILY FOR CHRISTMAS. AND HAVEN'T BEEN SPENDING ANY TIME HERE TO CATCH UP ON WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. THAT BOOK IS TAKING UP A LOT OF TIME AND ENERGY. I WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE A LOT EASIER TO JUST WRITE A BOOK. WELL, THANKS AGAIN AND HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY...CHERYL

    I have to agree that when it comes to cats and roaches, some cats just do not care. I had a cat that would go nuts over any bug. But I did not have a big problem then and a bug was a rarity. I have a few now, but my spoiled babies, do not care one bit. I know a friend who has a dog who will even chase flies... He is so silly... Erma
