    Hi I have a question about the receipt... I says to add wine reduction to sause step 6. I do not know what a reduction is or how to do it to be able to add it... please help oh and another question what are scallops? isn't that them white puffy sea food things?

    Hi and thank you so much for the comment on my Fresh Peach Cake. These last few weeks have been crazy and it is so nice being back here, almost like I have been away from home! =D The cake is not hard to make and is a dramatic dessert to serve. I have had nothing but success and quodos when I bake this =D

    We loved this :) My fiance kept saying that it tasted like a pasta sauce with vegetables in it...it was amazing as a stew but next time I might try it over pasta for a little twist.

    You can absolutely substitute skim milk in the crab chowder recipe! Most definitely! This is one of my favorite recipes AND the chowder always tastes even better warmed up the next day.
