    Does anyone know where I could purchase this chili sauce already made and jarred/canned? I know this recipe is a labor of love and sadly do not have time to make it right now. The chili sauce reminds me of my late grandmother and I love having some on hand to remember her and to eat with my baked potatoes.

    I used baker's semi-sweet, tempered chocolate instead of the chocolate chips and paraffin wax in the coating. And added half a jar of chopped maraschino cherries. I think the cherries really help balance the richness. Next time I will use unsweetened coconut as the filling is very sweet, but it's delicious and perfect for Christmas! After the filling was formed into balls I put them in the freezer for 20 minutes, this really helped solidify them so they were easier to coat in chocolate.
