    Jojo.... I put a full beef in the freezer once a year, which pretty much covers our eats for the year. I've split beefers in the past but it usually works out better for all if we just keep the whole beef. I would imagine you could find a feed lot in your neighborhood that could do you a beef at a reasonable price. All you need is freezer space and a love for red meat!!
