  Made this today, I used lactose-free old cheddar cheese and lactose free mozzarella cheese, along with lactose free milk. I also used Catelli corkscrew noodles..
  A great easy dish to prepare and quite tasty.

  Hi Elle55. You have to rejoin "The Refugees" group. Click on the green Groups tab above and click on "The Refugees" in the box that says Welcome Friends, then in the box on the right click on the green Join Group, I think that's what it says :)

  Hi Elle, I had to go with Semigourmet55 on there Just Semigourmet on AR. don't go there anymore though. Migrating mine and other recipes that I have fallen in love with on ar. to this site. and my mac. so I don't loose them.

  This is such a lovely recipe and thank you for posting it. (I'll remove it from the Absolute Fudge Group for you. ) I like that there's no sugar in the dough recipe and that you glaze the dough after its baked! I'm definitely going to try your recipe and bet it'll become a family favorite! Thanks again for posting it!

  Making the biscuits was easy. It made almost 20 biscuits which was nice. My only compliant was that the biscuits didn't rise like I thought they would and they were pretty dense. Still tasty just not quite what I was looking for.

  You may want to try using 1/4 tsp. powdered red pepper instead of crushed red pepper flakes in the seasoning.
