Thanks for trying the recipe out! Good tip on the low sodium soy sauce. I didn't find it too salty, but then again some chickens at the store are salt brined and can affect the sodium content as well. Definitely something to consider, I'll add a tip on the recipe per your suggestion! thanks so much :)

There really isn't that much potato per person, but I would suggest maybe jicama or Jerusalem artichokes. Alternatively you can leave them out and add a little brown rice or quinoa

I'm near toronto, ON, Canada, the coffee bean brittle is delicious, tastes almost like the sweet Greek coffee you get at cafes mixed with candied nuts (if that makes any sense)

Thank you for using my Hard Cider Pork Chops and Garlic as inspiration. I'm not sure that I've seen hard apple cider vinegar before. I found the hard apple cider at a local grocer in their beer section. I know I've seen some lines carried year-round.

Thank you and yes, I LOVE my new cooktop. You should get a pressure cooker, they aren't that expensive and so convenient to use. And yes, because it cooks with pressure the meat stays moister, IMHO, but tender either way you cook it. Thanks for stopping by! Cheers ` Lindy
