Breakfast Cookie

- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup cornmeal shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- 1 ½ Tbsp baking powder shopping list
- ½ tsp rubbed sage shopping list
- ½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1 pound bulk sausage shopping list
- 1 pound sharp cheddar, shredded shopping list
- ½ pound Velveeta, shredded shopping list
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- In a large bowl; mix first 7 ingredients well.
- Tear up sausage into dry mix; toss to coat.
- Tear up sausage some more, using dry mix to coat as you go, until sausage is finely torn and coated.
- Add cheeses; fluffing and mixing by hand to make a loose conglomerate dough.
- Add eggs; mix by hand until just blended.
- Fashion walnut size balls and place them on an ungreased lipped cookie sheet one to two inches apart.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool for 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
- Store refrigerated. Microwave a few seconds to warm.
