Chicken Fried Pork with Honey Jalapeno Sauce

- 4 (4-ounce) boneless pork chops shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup reduced sodium beef stock shopping list
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
How to make it
- Place chops between sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/2" thickness.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour and garlic/herb seasoning.
- Mix well.
- Add pork to flour mixture to coat.
- Turn to coat other side.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chops 2 minutes per side OR until golden.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the beef broth, jalapenos and honey.
- Mix until blended.
- Add broth to chops in skillet.
- Simmer 3 to 5 minutes until pork is cooked through and sauce thickens.
