How to make it

  • Place chops between sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/2" thickness.
  • Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a shallow dish, combine flour and garlic/herb seasoning.
  • Mix well.
  • Add pork to flour mixture to coat.
  • Turn to coat other side.
  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook chops 2 minutes per side OR until golden.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the beef broth, jalapenos and honey.
  • Mix until blended.
  • Add broth to chops in skillet.
  • Simmer 3 to 5 minutes until pork is cooked through and sauce thickens.
