Easy Chicken Pot Pie

- 12 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped shopping list
- 2- 10 oz pkgs. frozen mixed vegies, thawed shopping list
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing Mix shopping list
- 1 refrigerated pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Cook cream cheese and broth in large saucepan on low heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently with a wire whisk.
- Stir in chicken, vegies and italian dressing mix.
- Spoon into a 9" pie plate.
- Cover with pie crust, seal and flute edges. Cut several slits in top to permit steam to escape.
- Place pie on baking sheet as it may overflow.
- Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
